How it works
- Choose your size and upload your photo above — you'll see a preview of it cut into pieces straight away.
- We print it in rich colour on sturdy puzzle board.
- It arrives with a printed copy of your photo to work from, and the backs of the pieces are lettered to help you along.
Tips for the best result
- Use the original photo from your phone rather than a screenshot or a picture saved from social media.
- Bright, well-lit photos print best — very dark images can lose detail in the shadows.
- Lots of different colours and details make bigger puzzles more fun (and a big patch of sky much harder!).
Every puzzle is made to order just for you, so we can't accept returns unless something's wrong with it — if it is, we'll put it right.

Your puzzle is printed on sturdy board, cut, bagged with a printed copy of your photo to work from, and sent to you.
What kind of photo works best?
The original photo from your phone or camera. Bright, well-lit pictures with plenty of detail and colour make the best puzzles. Screenshots and photos saved from social media are smaller and can print soft, and our preview will warn you if your photo is on the small side.
How big are the pieces?
35 pieces are big and chunky, ideal for young children. 300 and 500 pieces suit most adults and families. 1000 pieces are the classic size for keen puzzlers.
How long does delivery take?
Your puzzle is made to order and usually arrives within 10 to 14 days. For Christmas, please order by 8 December.
Will my photo be cropped?
Puzzles are rectangular, so very tall or wide photos are trimmed slightly at the edges. The preview above shows exactly what will be included, and you can switch between portrait and landscape.
What if something is wrong with my puzzle?
Because every puzzle is personalised we can’t take returns for a change of mind, but if it arrives damaged, misprinted or with pieces missing, get in touch and we will put it right.
