What kind of photo works best?
The original photo from your phone or camera. Bright, well-lit pictures with plenty of detail and colour make the best puzzles. Screenshots and photos saved from social media are smaller and can print soft, and our preview will warn you if your photo is on the small side.
How big are the pieces?
35 pieces are big and chunky, ideal for young children. 300 and 500 pieces suit most adults and families. 1000 pieces are the classic size for keen puzzlers.
How long does delivery take?
Your puzzle is made to order and usually arrives within 10 to 14 days. For Christmas, please order by 8 December.
Can I see it before I buy?
Yes. Upload your photo on the product page and you will see it cut into your chosen number of pieces straight away, and you can switch between sizes to compare.
What if something is wrong with my puzzle?
Because every puzzle is personalised we can’t take returns for a change of mind, but if it arrives damaged, misprinted or with pieces missing, get in touch and we will put it right.
