Delivery & returns

Delivery

Every puzzle is made to order, so please allow a little longer than for an off-the-shelf gift. Most orders arrive within 10 to 14 days.

We deliver to addresses across the UK. You can send your puzzle straight to the person you are giving it to by entering their address at checkout.

Christmas

For delivery before Christmas, please order by 8 December. Orders after this date will be made and sent as quickly as possible, but we can't guarantee they will arrive in time.

Tracking

We'll email you when your puzzle is on its way, with tracking where available.

Returns and refunds

Because every puzzle is personalised with your photo, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If your puzzle arrives damaged, misprinted, with pieces missing or isn't what you ordered, please email contact@pictureinpieces.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Cancelling an order

Email us as soon as possible. If your puzzle has not yet gone into production we can cancel it and refund you in full.
